电商行业需求导向下培训体系优化研究
Research on the Optimization of Training System under the Demand-Driven Approach of the E-Commerce Industry
摘要: 随着数字经济不断深入发展,电商行业对人才的需求呈现动态化与复合化趋势,传统培训体系在需求识别、课程设置与评估导向等维度难以适应行业发展实际要求。以需求导向作为逻辑起点,系统审视电商行业培训体系和行业需求间的结构性背离,从需求识别机制、模块化课程体系与能力转化导向评估体系三个层面提出系统性优化框架。对提升培训供给和岗位需求的匹配精度、推动电商人才培养质量持续提升具有重要理论价值与实践意义。
Abstract: With the continuous development of the digital economy, the e-commerce industry’s demand for talent is becoming increasingly dynamic and multifaceted. Traditional training systems are struggling to adapt to the industry’s actual requirements in terms of demand identification, curriculum design, and assessment orientation. Taking demand orientation as its logical starting point, this paper systematically examines the structural discrepancy between the e-commerce industry’s training system and industry needs, and proposes a systematic optimization framework from three levels: demand identification mechanisms, modular curriculum systems, and competency-based assessment systems. This framework has significant theoretical and practical value for improving the matching accuracy between training supply and job requirements and promoting the continuous improvement of the quality of e-commerce talent cultivation.
