摘要: 在数字化转型浪潮中，企业中层管理者的数字胜任力成为企业成功的关键因素。本文旨在构建企业中层管理者数字胜任力模型，通过分析数字化转型对中层管理者能力的新要求，结合相关理论和实践案例，提出模型的核心要素和构建方法，为企业提升中层管理者数字胜任力提供参考。

Abstract: In the wave of digital transformation, the digital competence of middle-level managers has become a key factor for the success of enterprises. This article aims to construct a digital competency model for middle-level managers in enterprises. By analyzing the new requirements of digital transformation for middle-level managers’ abilities and combining relevant theories and practical cases, the core elements and construction methods of the model are proposed, providing reference for enterprises to enhance the digital competency of middle-level managers.
