Research on Marketing Strategies for the “Online State Grid” App Amidst E-Commerce Ecosystem Integration
摘要: 网上国网APP作为国家电网面向亿级电力用户的核心服务入口,兼具公共服务属性与商业化运营诉求,这一双重属性决定了其电商生态融入方式有别于普通商业平台。当前平台面临多重困境,亟需系统性营销策略优化。通过场景延伸、用户分层、数据驱动、促销移植、生态联动五条路径,结合技术与制度双重保障,为国企服务型APP营销转型提供实践参考。
Abstract: As the primary service portal through which State Grid serves hundreds of millions of electricity users, the “Online State Grid” app embodies a dual nature, balancing public service mandates with commercial operational objectives. This inherent duality dictates that its approach to integrating an e-commerce ecosystem differs significantly from that of conventional commercial platforms. Currently, the platform faces a confluence of challenges, necessitating an urgent and systemic optimization of its marketing strategies. By pursuing five key pathways—scenario extension, user segmentation, data-driven insights, promotional adaptation, and ecosystem synergy—and reinforcing these efforts with dual safeguards comprising both technological and institutional mechanisms, this initiative offers practical guidance for the marketing transformation of service-oriented apps operated by state-owned enterprises.
