语言规划视域下历史文化街区语言景观研究——以苏州平江路为例

Research on the Language Landscape of Historical and Cultural Districts from the Perspective of Language Planning—A Case Study of Pingjiang Road in Suzhou

摘要: 历史文化街区是城市文脉的核心载体，其语言景观既是公共空间符号的直观呈现，也是语言规划落地与文化传承的重要场域。本文以苏州平江路历史文化街区为例，分析街区内官方标牌与私人标牌的语码选择、分布特征及符号模态，剖析语言景观背后折射的语言权势、文化认同与规划逻辑。最后从规范管控、文化赋能、技术融合等维度构建历史文化街区语言景观优化路径，为文旅融合背景下语言规划与文化遗产保护的协同发展提参考。

Abstract: Historical and cultural districts serve as the core carriers of urban cultural heritage. Their linguistic landscape not only visually manifests public space symbols but also functions as a vital arena for implementing language planning and preserving cultural traditions. Using survey and interview methods, this study examines the code selection, distribution patterns, and symbolic modalities of official and private signage within Suzhou’s Pingjiang Road Historical and Cultural District, analyzing the linguistic authority, cultural identity, and planning logic reflected in this landscape. Finally, the study proposes optimization strategies for the linguistic landscape from perspectives such as regulatory governance, cultural empowerment, and technological integration, providing insights for the coordinated development of language planning and cultural heritage conservation in the context of cultural-tourism integration.
