大学生创新创业能力培育的影响因素与提升 路径
The Influencing Factors and Enhancement Pathways in the Cultivation of College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Capability
摘要: 高校双创教育的重要任务是培养赋能新质生产力发展的新质人才，具有创新意识、实践能力和产业思维。从复合能力叠加、胜任力特质、过程实践三个维度探讨了大学生双创能力内涵，从个体、高校教育、社会政策、家庭四大维度系统梳理双创能力培育关键影响因素，从校企协同产教融合、专创课程重构、实践平台搭建、复合型师资培育四条路径提出了提升大学生双创能力对策，为高校双创教育改革与新质人才培养提供理论参考。
Abstract: A critical mission of innovation and entrepreneurship education in college is to cultivate new quality talents who empower the development of new quality productivity, possessing innovative awareness, practical ability, and industrial thinking. This study explores the essence of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities from three dimensions: the integration of multidisciplinary competencies, competency traits, and practical processes. It systematically identifies key influencing factors in cultivating these capabilities across four dimensions: individual, university education, social policy, and family. Based on this, four paths are proposed to enhance college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities: production-education integration with university-enterprise cooperation, reconstruction of specialized innovation and entrepreneurship curricula, establishing practical platforms, and cultivating multidisciplinary faculty. This study provides theoretical references for reforming innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions and fostering new quality talent.
