数字经济时代下民法总则课堂教学困境及创新探索——以广东省东莞市A高校为例
Dilemmas and Innovative Exploration of Civil Code General Principles Classroom Teaching in the Digital Economy Era—A Case Study of A University in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province
摘要: 数字经济时代对法治人才培养提出了新要求,本文以广东省东莞市A高校为例,系统梳理传统民法总则课堂教学的现实困境,进而探索数字技术赋能的课堂创新路径,借助数字技术手段,优化课堂教学内容、创新教学方法、构建多元评价体系。
Abstract: The era of the digital economy has posed new requirements for the cultivation of legal professionals. This paper takes A university in Dongguan City, Guangdong province as an example to systematically analyze the practical challenge of traditional classroom teaching in the General Principle of Civil Code. It then explores innovative approaches to classroom teaching empowered by digital technology, utilizing digital tools to optimize teaching content, innovate teaching methods, and establish a diversified evaluation system.
