摘要: 人工智能作为推动社会进步的重要引擎之一，在教育领域对传统的教育体系产生冲击。随着人工智能技术的不断发展，研究人工智能与教育如何深度融合已经成为当下高校教育改革和创新的重要方向之一。在国家大力支持发展人工智能的背景下，音乐教育师资队伍建设迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。基于师资队伍建设的基本原则，针对当前音乐教育师资队伍建设的现实困境，探索人工智能视域下音乐教育师资队伍建设的路径，以期提升音乐教育教师队伍的整体素质和教学水平。

Abstract: As one of the key drivers of social progress, artificial intelligence is reshaping traditional educational systems. With the continuous advancement of AI technology, exploring the deep integration between artificial intelligence and education has become a crucial direction for innovation and reform in higher education. Against the backdrop of strong national support for AI development, music education faculty development is encountering unprecedented opportunities. Based on fundamental principles of faculty building and addressing current challenges in music education staffing, this paper explores pathways for developing music education faculty within the context of artificial intelligence, aiming to enhance the overall quality and teaching standards of music educators.
