乡村振兴背景下农村小学家校协同的乡土文化教育困境与路径研究
A Study on the Dilemmas and Pathways of Home-School Collaborative Education on Local Culture in Rural Primary Schools under the Background of Rural Revitalization
摘要: 乡村振兴战略的深入推进为农村教育发展提供了新的政策契机与文化资源。乡土文化教育作为传承地方文化、培育乡村认同的重要途径,亟须通过家校协同机制在小学阶段落地实施。然而,当前农村小学在开展家校协同的乡土文化教育过程中,面临观念错位、主体断裂、内容脱节、资源匮乏与制度缺位等多重困境。本文基于乡村振兴与乡土文化教育的逻辑关联,系统分析困境表现及其深层成因,进而从观念重构、机制创新、内容再造、资源整合与制度保障五个维度提出破解路径,旨在为农村小学有效实施乡土文化教育提供理论支持与实践参考。
Abstract: The further advancement of the rural revitalization strategy has provided new policy opportunities and cultural resources for the development of rural education. As a crucial means of preserving local culture and fostering rural identity, local culture education urgently requires implementation at the primary school level through home-school collaborative mechanisms. However, in the process of implementing home-school collaborative local culture education, rural primary schools currently face multiple dilemmas, including conceptual misalignment, fragmentation of stakeholders, disconnection of content, scarcity of resources, and institutional absence. Based on the logical connection between rural revitalization and local culture education, this study systematically analyzes the manifestations and underlying causes of these dilemmas. Subsequently, it proposes pathways to address these challenges from five dimensions: reconceptualization, mechanism innovation, content reconstruction, resource integration, and institutional safeguarding. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical references for the effective implementation of local culture education in rural primary schools.
