新质生产力驱动职本商科专业建设路径研究——以泉州某职业本科高校为例
Research on the Construction Path of Business Major in Vocational Undergraduate School by New Quality Productive—Taking a Vocational Undergraduate College in Quanzhou as an Example
摘要: 在新质生产力加速演进、区域产业数字化与高端化转型的背景下,职业本科商科专业建设面临重构专业体系、创新培养模式、深化产教融合的核心任务。本文以泉州职业技术大学商科专业为研究样本,立足服务泉州、晋江传统产业升级与新业态落地的核心目标,系统梳理国家职业教育相关政策脉络,剖析新质生产力驱动职业本科商科专业建设的逻辑内涵与现实困境,从顶层设计、中层执行、基层落实三个层面构建权责清晰的建设体系,围绕专业布局、人才培养、师资队伍、课程教材、实践基地、评价机制六大维度提出具体实施路径,推动职业本科商科专业从“高层次技术技能型”向“复合型创新高层次应用技术人才”培养转型,打造适配新质生产力的“五金”商科特色,为职业本科院校商科专业高质量发展提供实践参考。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of accelerated evolution of new productive forces and the digitalization and high-end transformation of regional industries, the construction of vocational undergraduate business majors faces the core tasks of reconstructing the professional system, innovating training models, and deepening industry-education integration. This paper takes the business majors at Quanzhou Vocational and Technical University as a research sample, based on the core goal of serving the upgrading of traditional industries and the landing of new business forms in Quanzhou and Jinjiang. It systematically sorts out the relevant policies of national vocational education, analyzes the logical connotation and practical dilemmas of new productive forces driving the construction of vocational undergraduate business majors, and constructs a construction system with clear responsibilities and rights from three levels: top-level design, middle-level execution, and grassroots implementation. It proposes specific implementation paths around six dimensions: professional layout, talent cultivation, faculty team, curriculum and textbooks, practice base, and evaluation mechanism, to promote the transformation of vocational undergraduate business majors from “high-level technical and skilled talents” to “compound innovative high-level applied technical talents”, and create a “five-in-one” business characteristic that adapts to new productive forces, providing practical reference for the high-quality development of business majors in vocational undergraduate colleges.
