Action Research on the Reform of English Classroom Teaching Mode in Vocational Colleges Based on Production-Oriented Approach and AI Empowerment

摘要: 针对学生学习兴趣不足、语言运用能力欠佳、个性化学习需求无法得到满足等问题，教师通过将产出导向法与AI技术相结合的方式，在教学中进行主动行动研究，进一步探索提升高职英语教学质量的策略与方法，以改革高职英语课堂教学模式。研究表明，实验组学生的学习兴趣与语言能力均得到了更好的提升，学生的个性化学习需求得到了更好的满足，但同时也产生了缺乏配套教材、教学时间更紧张、对教师要求更高等挑战。

Abstract: In response to issues such as students’ lack of learning interest, poor language proficiency, and unmet personalized learning needs, the teacher has conducted proactive action research in teaching by integrating the Production-Oriented Approach with AI technology. This approach aims to further explore strategies and methods for enhancing the quality of English teaching in vocational colleges and to reform the classroom teaching model for English courses in such institutions. The research indicates that students in the experimental group have shown greater improvements in both learning interest and language proficiency, and their personalized learning needs have been better satisfied. However, this approach has also brought about challenges, including a lack of supporting teaching materials, more stringent time constraints in teaching, and higher demands on teachers.
