基于OBE理念与PBL模式的量化投资课程教学改革研究

摘要: 随着金融科技快速发展与资本市场不断开放,量化投资行业对兼具金融理论、数理能力与编程技术的复合型人才需求日益迫切。当前高校量化投资课程普遍存在理论与实践脱节、教学模式单一、项目训练碎片化、过度依赖第三方平台等问题,难以满足行业人才培养需求。为此,本文以成果导向教育(OBE)理念为引领,融合项目式学习(PBL)模式,结合量化投资课程交叉性、实践性强的特点,从教学目标、教学内容、教学模式、评价体系四个维度开展系统性教学改革研究。研究构建“三维目标–模块进阶–闭环教学–多元评价”的新型教学体系,强化全流程项目实践与持续改进机制。实践表明,该改革方案能有效弥补传统教学短板,显著提升学生量化策略研发、数据分析与创新实践能力,为金融类专业实践课程改革提供参考与借鉴。
Abstract: With the rapid development of financial technology and the continuous opening-up of the capital market, the quantitative investment industry has an increasingly urgent demand for interdisciplinary talents who possess financial theory, mathematical ability and programming skills. At present, college quantitative investment courses generally suffer from disconnection between theory and practice, rigid teaching models, fragmented project training and over-reliance on third-party platforms, making it difficult to meet the industry’s talent training needs. To address these issues, this paper conducts a systematic teaching reform study guided by the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept and integrated with the Project-Based Learning (PBL) model, combining the interdisciplinary and highly practical characteristics of the quantitative investment course. The reform is carried out from four dimensions: teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching models and evaluation systems. A new teaching system of “three-dimensional objectives, progressive modules, closed-loop teaching and diversified evaluation” is constructed, with emphasis on full-process project practice and continuous improvement mechanisms. The results show that this reform effectively remedies the shortcomings of traditional teaching and significantly improves students’ capabilities in quantitative strategy development, data analysis and innovative practice. It provides valuable references for the reform of practical courses in finance majors.
