摘要: 志愿服务是高校实践育人的核心载体,艺术院校凭借专业的审美特质、情感表达优势与实践属性,在志愿服务实践育人领域兼具独特潜力与现实挑战。本文以中国戏曲学院“京昆新青年与国戏老街坊”等典型实践案例为切入点,系统剖析当前艺术院校辅导员开展志愿服务实践育人过程中存在的活动形式固化、思政元素挖掘浅表、学生主体性缺失、长效机制薄弱、专业协同不足等多重困境。在此基础上,构建“以美育人、以情促导、以艺塑品、以实求效”的四维育人机制,探索具有艺术院校特色的志愿服务实践育人新模式,为提升艺术类人才培养质量、强化辅导员育人效能提供理论支撑与实践指导。
Abstract: Voluntary service is a core carrier of practical education in colleges and universities. With their professional aesthetic characteristics, advantages in emotional expression and practical attributes, art colleges possess both unique potential and realistic challenges in the field of practical education through voluntary service. Taking typical practical cases such as “Peking Opera & Kunqu New Youth and National Opera Neighborhood Elders” of the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts as the starting point, and combining research data from multiple art colleges, this paper systematically analyzes multiple dilemmas existing in the process of counselors carrying out practical education through voluntary service in art colleges, including rigid activity forms, superficial exploration of ideological and political elements, lack of students’ subjectivity, weak long-term mechanisms and insufficient professional collaboration. On this basis, a four-dimensional education mechanism of “cultivating people through aesthetics, guiding through emotion, shaping character through art, and pursuing effectiveness through practice” is constructed, and a new model of practical education through voluntary service with the characteristics of art colleges is explored, so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the quality of artistic talent training and enhancing counselors’ educational effectiveness.
