鼻窦球血管周皮细胞瘤1例
Sinusoidal Hemangiopericytoma of the Nasal Sinuses: A Case Report

摘要: 本文报告1例10岁5个月的鼻窦球血管周皮细胞瘤病例。患者因“左侧眼球突出6月余”入院，伴鼻出血、流涕。影像学和组织病理学检查结果显示是鼻窦球血管周皮细胞瘤，行鼻内镜下肿瘤切除治疗，术后随访2年未复发。由于鼻窦球血管周皮细胞瘤且累及颅底的病例报告较少，特将我院收治的1例病例报道，为提高临床医生对该疾病的认识，制定鼻窦球血管周皮细胞瘤的标准化治疗指南提供临床数据。
Abstract: This article reports a case of sinonasal glomangiopericytoma in a 10-year-and-5-month-old child. The patient was admitted due to “left proptosis for more than 6 months”, accompanied by epistaxis and rhinorrhea. Imaging and histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of sinonasal glomangiopericytoma. The tumor was resected via endoscopic sinus surgery, and no recurrence was observed during a 2-year follow-up period. Due to the rarity of sinonasal glomangiopericytoma involving the skull base, we report this case from our hospital to enhance clinicians’ understanding of this disease and to provide clinical data for the development of standardized treatment guidelines.
