摘要: 萨吾尔山位于新疆西北部,是西准噶尔地区重要的山地生态单元。该区地质构造复杂,岩浆岩与变质岩广泛发育,局部地区存在铅、锌、铜、砷等元素的地球化学异常。松树沟地区松树种群长期生长于干旱、寒冷、土壤瘠薄且元素组成复杂的山地环境中,是研究针叶树种群对土壤重金属胁迫响应机制的典型对象。本文在系统梳理萨吾尔山地质背景、土壤重金属来源、松树根系适应性及根际微生物作用的基础上,构建了“地质背景–土壤元素有效性–根系吸收与固定–根际微生物调控–生态修复潜力”的分析框架。研究认为,萨吾尔山松树沟地区松树种群对重金属元素的适应并非单一的耐受过程,而是由根系选择性吸收、细胞壁固定、抗氧化调节、菌根共生和根际微生物群落重组共同参与的复合生态响应。未来应结合野外样方调查、土壤–植物元素测定、根际微生物高通量测序和生态风险评价,进一步揭示松树种群在重金属背景区的适应机制与生态修复价值。
Abstract: The Sawuer Mountains in northwestern Xinjiang represent an important mountainous ecological unit in the western Junggar region. Owing to complex geological structures and locally developed geochemical anomalies, soils in the Songshugou area may contain elevated levels of potentially toxic elements such as Pb, Zn, Cu and As. Pine populations growing in this region experience multiple environmental stresses, including drought, low temperature, poor soil nutrients and heterogeneous metal availability. This paper reviews the geological background, potential sources of soil heavy metals, root adaptive strategies and rhizosphere microbial regulation of pine populations in the Songshugou area. A conceptual framework linking geological background, metal bioavailability, root uptake and immobilization, rhizosphere microbial regulation and ecological restoration potential is proposed. The ecological response of pine populations to heavy metal stress is considered a coupled process involving selective root absorption, metal immobilization, antioxidant regulation, mycorrhizal symbiosis and rhizosphere microbial community restructuring. Future studies should integrate field sampling, soil-plant elemental analysis, microbial sequencing and ecological risk assessment to clarify the tolerance mechanisms and restoration potential of pine populations in geochemically anomalous mountain ecosystems.
