应用型本科院校服务武陵山片区乡村振兴的创新机制与路径研究

A Study on Innovative Mechanisms and Approaches for Applied Undergraduate Institutions to Support Rural Revitalization in the Wuling Mountain Area

摘要: 在国家全面推进乡村振兴战略的时代背景下，充分发挥高等教育的作用已成为推动乡村发展的关键支撑。应用型本科院校依托“地方性、应用型”定位服务区域发展，但服务武陵山片区乡村振兴时面临服务意识弱、需求适配不足、协同机制缺位等问题。本文立足武陵山区域乡村振兴的战略诉求与应用型本科院校的功能使命，提出应用型本科院校服务武陵山区域乡村振兴的实践路径与创新机制，采用文献分析与案例调研相结合的方法，构建“农业支持、农村提质、农民培育”三维机制，为片区乡村振兴顺利推进提供坚实人才与智力支撑，同时促进应用型本科院校自身可持续发展，深化其社会服务职能，实现校地协同共赢。

Abstract: In the context of the nation’s comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, fully leveraging the role of higher education has become a crucial support for driving rural development. Applied undergraduate institutions, with their “local and application-oriented” positioning, serve regional development; however, when serving the revitalization of the Wuling Mountain area, they face challenges such as weak service awareness, insufficient alignment with local needs, and a lack of effective collaborative mechanisms. Based on the strategic demands of rural revitalization in the Wuling Mountain region and the functional mission of applied undergraduate institutions, this paper proposes practical approaches and innovative mechanisms for these institutions to contribute to the rural revitalization of the Wuling Mountain area. Employing a combination of literature analysis and case studies, we construct a three-dimensional mechanism encompassing “agricultural support, rural quality enhancement, and farmer cultivation”, thereby providing solid talent and intellectual support for the smooth advancement of rural revitalization in the region. At the same time, this approach promotes the sustainable development of applied undergraduate institutions themselves, deepens their social service functions, and achieves win-win outcomes through coordinated collaboration between universities and local communities.
