教赛融合视域下经管类专业课程改革实践——基于市调大赛与学生数字能力培养
The Practice of Curriculum Reform in Business and Management Majors from the Perspective of the Integration of Teaching and Competition—Based on Market Research Competition and the Cultivation of Students’ Digital Competence
摘要: 数字经济背景下,经管类人才培养正在由知识传授转向数据思维、数字工具应用、分析建模与决策表达等综合能力培养。传统课堂在真实问题情境、项目化任务链和过程性反馈方面存在不足,难以充分支撑学生数字能力的持续生成。本文以某应用型财经高校全国大学生市场调查与分析大赛嵌入经管类课程教学的实践为案例,研究从融入经常性教学工作、赛前集中培训、赛中师生交流互动、赛后总结优化四个维度阐述了教赛融合的具体实施策略,并从竞赛成绩和学生综合素养两方面论证了实施成效。
Abstract: Under the background of the digital economy, the cultivation of talents in economics and management is shifting from knowledge impartation to the development of comprehensive abilities such as data thinking, application of digital tools, analysis and modeling, and decision-making expression. Traditional classrooms have deficiencies in real problem scenarios, project-based task chains, and process feedback, making it difficult to fully support the continuous generation of students’ digital capabilities. This paper takes the practice of embedding the National College Students’ Market Research and Analysis Competition into the teaching of economics and management courses in a certain applied finance university as a case study. It explores the specific implementation strategies of integrating teaching and competition from four dimensions: integration into regular teaching work, pre-competition concentrated training, interaction between teachers and students during the competition, and summary and optimization after the competition. The paper also demonstrates the implementation effects from two aspects: competition results and students’ comprehensive qualities.
