康养旅游产业与养老服务体系的协同发展研究——以贵州省为例

Research on the Coordinated Development of the Health and Wellness Tourism Industry and the Elderly Care Service System—A Case Study of Guizhou Province

摘要: 在积极应对人口老龄化国家战略和银发经济快速发展的背景下，康养旅游产业与养老服务体系的协同发展日益成为重要议题。贵州省依托独特的生态气候资源，将旅居康养产业作为推动银发经济发展的重要抓手，但其康养旅游与养老服务之间尚未形成有机协同，制约了产业提质升级。本文以贵州省为案例，系统分析康养旅游产业与养老服务体系的发展现状，揭示二者在资源、需求、政策三个层面的协同逻辑，诊断产品同质化、医养融合不足、要素支撑薄弱等关键障碍，并提出业态深度融合、医养健康保障、多元投融资渠道、复合型人才培养等协同发展路径，以期为西部欠发达地区推动两业协同发展提供参考。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the national strategy of actively responding to population aging and the rapid development of the silver economy, the coordinated development of the health and wellness tourism industry and the elderly care service system has become an increasingly important issue. Relying on its unique ecological and climatic resources, Guizhou Province has made the retreat and wellness tourism industry a key lever for promoting the development of the silver economy. However, organic synergy between health and wellness tourism and elderly care services has not yet been formed, which restricts industrial upgrading and quality improvement. Taking Guizhou Province as a case study, this paper systematically analyzes the development status of the health and wellness tourism industry and the elderly care service system, reveals the collaborative logic between the two at the resource, demand, and policy levels, diagnoses key obstacles such as product homogenization, insufficient integration of medical and elderly care services, and weak factor support, and proposes coordinated development pathways including deep integration of business formats, medical and health security, diversified financing channels, and interdisciplinary talent cultivation, aiming to provide a reference for underdeveloped western regions to promote the coordinated development of the two industries.
