人口老龄化背景下旅游产业适老化发展研究——基于银发经济视角的分析
Research on Age-Appropriate Development of Tourism Industry under the Background of Population Aging—An Analysis Based on the Perspective of Silver Economy
摘要: 随着人口老龄化程度不断加深,老年群体逐渐成为旅游消费的重要力量。本文基于银发经济视角,结合情绪经济与价值共创理论,深入分析人口老龄化对旅游产业结构与消费需求的深层影响。研究发现,传统适老化改造多关注物理空间的无障碍化,却忽视了老年群体在心理慰藉、社会连接与自我实现层面的“情感刚需”。当前旅游产业面临产品同质化、情感叙事缺失及服务价值断层等核心痛点。本文提出了“理念重塑–产品叙事–服务共鸣–技术赋能”的四维协同优化路径,并以重庆市这一典型超老龄化山地城市为例进行实证分析。通过探讨如何将重庆的地形劣势转化为康养优势,以及如何利用本土文化资源构建情感连接,为破解旅游产业适老化难题提供了区域性的解决方案,旨在促进旅游产业从“规模扩张”向“质量与温度并重”的高质量发展转型。
Abstract: As the degree of population aging intensifies, the elderly demographic has gradually emerged as a pivotal force in tourism consumption. Based on the perspective of the silver economy and combined with theories of emotional economy and value co-creation, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the profound impact of population aging on the tourism industry structure and consumption demands. The study reveals that traditional age-appropriate renovations often focus on the barrier-free transformation of physical spaces, neglecting the “emotional essential needs” of the elderly in terms of psychological comfort, social connection, and self-realization. The current tourism industry faces core pain points such as product homogenization, lack of emotional narrative, and fragmentation of service value. This paper proposes a four-dimensional synergistic optimization path of “conceptual reconstruction-product storytelling-service resonance-technological empowerment.” Through an empirical analysis of Chongqing, a typical super-aged mountainous city, the paper explores how to transform topographical disadvantages into wellness advantages and construct emotional connections through local cultural resources. This provides regional solutions to the challenges of age-appropriate tourism development, aiming to promote the high-quality transformation of the tourism industry from “scale expansion” to a focus on “quality and warmth.”
