中医药治疗IgA肾病的研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of IgA Nephropathy

摘要: IgA肾病是我国最常见的原发性肾小球疾病，病情常迁延难愈，可伴有肾功能进行性损害，严重危害患者的身心健康。中医药治疗本病优势明显，笔者综述近年来相关研究发现，中医药治疗IgA肾病涵盖内治、外治等不同方法，可有效减轻患者蛋白尿、血尿等表现，改善肾功能，调节其免疫功能等，且具有良好的安全性，本文将予以综述。

Abstract: IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is the most common primary glomerular disease in China. The condition often follows a prolonged and refractory course, and may be accompanied by progressive deterioration of renal function, seriously affecting the physical and mental health of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) demonstrates significant advantages in the treatment of this disease. This article reviews recent research findings, revealing that TCM therapy for IgA nephropathy encompasses various approaches including internal and external treatments. These methods can effectively reduce proteinuria and hematuria, improve renal function, modulate immune function, and exhibit a favorable safety profile. This review provides a comprehensive summary of the current evidence.
