现代财务管理体系建设背景下财务管理转型之路的思考

Reflections on the Transformation Path of Financial Management under the Construction of Modern Financial Management System

摘要: 现代财务管理处于数字化变革新阶段，传统模式难以适应市场环境的快速变化，精细化、数字化、集约化管理成为企业发展新方向。本文立足现代财务管理体系建设要求，结合A烟草公司实践，探讨现代财务管理体系的主要特点及其对财务管理转型的影响，分析云计算、人工智能、大数据等数字技术重塑财务管理流程的实践路径。通过分析烟草企业财务数字化转型面临问题，提出针对性优化对策，依托数字化建设赋能企业经营管理，持续提升企业现代化治理水平。

Abstract: Modern financial management has stepped into a new phase of digital reform. Traditional management modes can hardly adapt to rapid changes in the market environment, and refined, digital and intensive management has become the new development direction of enterprises. Based on the requirements of constructing a modern financial management system and combined with the practical experience of Tobacco Company A, this paper discusses the main characteristics of the modern financial management system and its influence on financial management transformation, and analyzes practical paths to reconstruct financial management processes through digital technologies including cloud computing, artificial intelligence and big data. After analyzing the problems existing in the financial digital transformation of tobacco enterprises, this paper proposes targeted optimization countermeasures. By leveraging digital construction to empower enterprise operation and management, enterprises can continuously elevate their modern governance level.
