智能无烟艾灸仪结构与控制系统设计
Design of Structure and Control System for Intelligent Smokeless Moxibustion Device
摘要: 针对传统艾灸烟雾控制、温度稳定及方便使用的问题,针对智能无烟艾灸仪进行机械结构与定时控制系统的设计研究。机械部分包含万向轴支架、磁吸模块化结构,用以提升对颈、肩等曲面的贴合性;控制部分包含STM32L431微控制器及DS3231实时时钟模块,用于PID温控及温度联动及理疗时长之间的联系,通过结构仿真、系统调试来检验产品的温控精度、定时误差和佩戴稳定性,以获得较好的无烟化、温度控制及方便使用,为中医理疗设备的智能化提供思路,实现传统技术与现代技术的融合。
Abstract: To address challenges in smoke control, temperature stability, and user convenience for traditional moxibustion devices, this study focuses on designing the mechanical structure and timing control system for intelligent smokeless moxibustion instruments. The mechanical components include a universal joint bracket and a magnetic modular structure to enhance adhesion to curved surfaces such as the neck and shoulders. The control system incorporates an STM32L431 microcontroller and a DS3231 real-time clock module for PID temperature regulation and temperature linkage, as well as correlation analysis between temperature and therapeutic duration. Through structural simulation and system debugging, the product's temperature control accuracy, timing precision, and wearing stability were evaluated to achieve optimal smoke-free operation, temperature regulation, and user-friendliness. This research provides insights for intelligentizing traditional Chinese medicine therapeutic equipment and facilitates the integration of conventional and modern technologies.
