“显性–反思式”的科学本质教学——以“稀有气体及其化合物的发现史”为例
“Explicit-Reflective” Teaching on Student’s Nature of Science—A Case of the “Discovery History of Noble Gases and
Their Compounds”
摘要: 科学本质是科学教育的重要目标,“显性–反思式”教学是促进学生科学本质理解的最有效途径。通过阐述科学本质的具体内涵,探讨科学本质教学的有效途径,并以“稀有气体及其化合物的发现史”教学为例,设计基于“显性–反思式”教学途径的科学本质教学,为教师开展科学本质导向下的化学教学提供参考和建议。
Abstract: The nature of science (NOS) is a crucial goal of science education, and the explicit-reflective approach has proven to be the most effective way to promote students’ understanding of NOS. This paper first elaborates on the specific connotations of NOS, then discusses effective instructional approaches for teaching NOS. Taking the teaching of “the discovery history of noble gases and their compounds” as an example, a NOS teaching design based on the explicit-reflective approach is developed. This study aims to provide references and suggestions for teachers to implement chemistry instruction oriented by the nature of science.
