基于OBE-BOPPPS-CDIO融合理念的 《卫生毒理学》课程教学改革研究

摘要: 为提升《卫生毒理学》课程的目标导向性、课堂参与度和实践应用效果,本研究构建基于OBE-BOPPPS-CDIO融合理念的教学模式,并评价其教学成效。选取预防医学专业学生100人,分为实验组和对照组各50人;对照组采用传统讲授结合案例讨论,实验组以典型外源化学物暴露与健康风险评估案例为载体,开展目标导向、课堂互动和CDIO实践任务训练。结果显示,实验组理论知识测试成绩、案例分析与实践任务成绩、课堂表现成绩和学习满意度评分均显著高于对照组。表明该融合教学模式有助于促进学生对卫生毒理学核心知识的理解,提升毒性识别、机制分析、风险评估、方案设计和防控建议制定能力,可为新医科背景下公共卫生课程教学改革提供参考。
Abstract: To improve the outcome orientation, classroom engagement, and practical application of the Hygiene Toxicology course, this study developed a teaching model based on the integrated OBE-BOPPPS-CDIO framework and evaluated its teaching effectiveness. A total of 100 preventive medicine students were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 50 students in each group. The control group received traditional lecture-based teaching combined with case discussion, while the experimental group adopted the integrated teaching model using typical exogenous chemical exposure and health risk assessment cases as task scenarios, incorporating outcome-oriented design, classroom interaction, and CDIO-based practical training. The results showed that the experimental group achieved significantly higher scores than the control group in theoretical knowledge tests, case analysis and practical tasks, classroom performance, and learning satisfaction. These findings indicate that the integrated teaching model can promote students’ understanding of core knowledge in hygiene toxicology and enhance their abilities in toxicity identification, mechanism analysis, risk assessment, scheme design, and prevention and control recommendation development, providing a reference for teaching reform in public health courses under the background of New Medicine.
