高职院校学生口头表达能力现状及建议——以食品专业为例
Current Situation and Suggestions on Oral Expression Ability of Vocational College Students—A Case Study of Food Major

摘要: 口头表达能力是高职院校学生综合素养和职业能力的重要组成部分。本文以食品专业学生为例,结合问卷调查、课堂观察和师生访谈,分析其口头表达能力的现实表现、形成原因及主要影响。调查发现,学生在表达逻辑、表达意愿、身体语言和专业词汇运用等方面仍存在明显短板。针对上述问题,文章提出将口头表达训练纳入专业课程、优化课堂互动、强化食品专业场景训练、完善评价反馈并提升学生个人修养等建议,以期为高职院校应用型人才培养提供参考。
Abstract: Oral expression ability is an important part of vocational students’ professional competence. Taking food major students as an example, this paper analyzes their current situation through questionnaires, classroom observation and interviews. The results show that students still have weaknesses in logical organization, willingness to speak, body language and professional vocabulary. To address these problems, oral expression training should be integrated into professional courses, classroom interaction, food-related tasks, assessment feedback and students’ self-development.
