Marxist Philosophical Critique of the Transformation of Labor Forms under Digital Governance

摘要: 基于马克思主义异化劳动理论与剩余价值相关研究框架，本文首先阐释数字治理语境下劳动形态变迁的本质属性，梳理数字技术嵌入劳动过程的演变轨迹，剖析资本逻辑主导下劳动形态变迁的核心特征。随后从劳动异化的数字场域延伸、剩余价值剥削的隐蔽性生成、劳资关系失衡的结构性根源三个维度展开马克思主义哲学批判，最终搭建涵盖权益边界划定、分配机制完善、主体性培育的劳动异化矫正路径，可为数字劳动领域的规则完善与权益保障提供理论参考。

Abstract: Based on Marxist theory of alienated labor and the research framework of surplus value, this paper first interprets the essential attributes of the transformation of labor forms in the context of digital governance, sorts out the evolutionary track of digital technologies embedded in labor processes, and analyzes the core characteristics of labor form transformation dominated by capitalist logic. It then carries out a Marxist philosophical critique from three dimensions: the extension of labor alienation into digital spaces, the covert generation of surplus value exploitation, and the structural root of imbalanced labor-capital relations. Finally, it constructs a corrective path for labor alienation covering the demarcation of rights and interests boundaries, improvement of distribution mechanisms, and cultivation of human subjectivity. The research can provide theoretical references for rule optimization and rights protection in the field of digital labor.
