AI赋能与竞赛驱动协同推进的数学建模课程教学改革与实践
Teaching Reform and Practice of Mathematics Modeling Courses Driven by AI Empowerment and Discipline Competitions
摘要: 针对传统数学建模课程教学存在数学理论与人工智能技术脱节、学生工程实践与竞赛建模能力培养偏弱等现实问题,文章以湖州师范大学理学院2022级、2023级数学与应用数学专业选修数学建模课程的6个班级共262名学生为研究对象。将2023级3个班级139人设为实验组,采用AI赋能与竞赛驱动协同教学模式;2022级3个班级123人设为对照组,沿用常规课堂教学模式。对比结果表明:实验组AI利用能力平均分显著高于对照组;且AI能力越强,课程成绩提升越显著。实验组共获国家级奖项5项、省级奖项32项,人均获奖0.80次,竞赛表现全面优于对照组。这表明协同教学模式可提升学生AI应用与实战能力。
Abstract: Aiming at the practical problems existing in the traditional teaching of mathematics modeling courses, such as the disconnection between mathematical theories and artificial intelligence technology, and the insufficient cultivation of students’ engineering practice and competition modeling abilities, this paper takes a total of 262 students from 6 elective classes of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics (Grade 2022 and Grade 2023) in the School of Science, Huzhou Normal University as the research subjects. Among them, 139 students from 3 classes of Grade 2023 were set as the experimental group, adopting the collaborative teaching mode empowered by AI and driven by competitions; 123 students from 3 classes of Grade 2022 were taken as the control group, adopting the traditional classroom teaching mode. The comparative results show that the average score of AI application ability in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the control group; moreover, the stronger the students’ AI ability, the more obvious the improvement in their course performance. Students in the experimental group won 5 national awards and 32 provincial awards, with an average of 0.80 awards per person, showing an overall better competition performance than the control group. This shows that the collaborative teaching mode can enhance students’ AI application and practical capabilities.
