摘要: 数字技术的快速迭代与深度融合,为破解林业生态产品价值“度量难、交易难、变现难”提供了全新路径。本文系统阐释了数字技术赋能林业生态产品价值实现的理论内涵与作用机理,揭示了数字技术通过精准核算、可信交易、业态创新与制度赋能四条渠道驱动价值转化的内在逻辑。研究发现,当前数字赋能过程面临林业生态数据底座薄弱、数字化核算标准缺失、平台交易体系碎片化、数字鸿沟制约主体参与等现实瓶颈。在借鉴国内外典型经验的基础上,本文从夯实数据基础设施、统一数字化核算标准、构建一体化交易平台、弥合主体数字鸿沟四个维度,提出了数字技术驱动林业生态产品价值实现的核心路径,为推进林业生态产品市场化改革与乡村生态振兴提供理论参考与实践指引。
Abstract: The rapid iteration and deep integration of digital technology have provided a new path for overcoming the challenges of “difficult measurement, difficult trading, and difficult monetization” of forestry ecological product value. This paper systematically elucidates the theoretical connotation and mechanism of action of digital technology empowering the value realization of forestry ecological products, revealing the inherent logic of value transformation driven by digital technology through four channels: precise accounting, trusted trading, business model innovation, and institutional empowerment. The research finds that the current digital empowerment process faces practical bottlenecks such as weak forestry ecological data infrastructure, lack of digital accounting standards, fragmented platform trading systems, and digital divide restricting subject participation. Based on typical domestic and international experiences, this paper proposes a core path for digital technology to drive the value realization of forestry ecological products from four dimensions: strengthening data infrastructure, unifying digital accounting standards, building an integrated trading platform, and bridging the digital divide among subjects. It provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for promoting market-oriented reforms of forestry ecological products and rural ecological revitalization.
