贵阳市医养结合养老服务问题及对策研究

Research on Problems and Counter Measures of Combining Medical and Nursing Services for the Aged in Guiyang City

摘要: 近年来，随着老年人口的不断增加，我国的人口老龄化程度日益严峻。为了缓解养老压力，我国积极进行探索，同时稳步推进医疗和养老相融合的新型养老服务模式，使其能够更加有效地解决我国老龄化社会的问题。当下，我国医养结合养老服务及其发展模式在一定程度上有了较大发展。但是，依然存在诸多问题需要进行完善。基于对贵阳市医养结合养老服务的调查研究，本文将对贵阳市医养结合养老服务的现存问题提供相应的解决思路，以更好推动贵阳市医养结合养老服务的完善和发展。

Abstract: The aging of China’s population has intensified in recent years, driven by the sustained increase in the elderly demographic. In response to the mounting pressure on elderly care provision, China has undertaken active efforts to explore and steadily advance a novel elderly care paradigm characterized by the convergence of medical treatment and eldercare services—a model intended to yield more effective solutions to the challenges confronting an aging society. While China’s integrated medical-elderly care services and their corresponding developmental models have achieved substantial progress, considerable deficiencies remain that warrant remediation. Grounded in an empirical investigation of Guiyang’s integrated medical-elderly care services, this paper proposes targeted recommendations to address the existing shortcomings, thereby fostering the refinement and advancement of such services in the city.
