摘要: 大数据在快速推动数字经济等行业发展，为我们的日常生活提供更多便利的同时，也对已有价值观念和价值体制造成了全域性波动，这种波动也引起了各界的广泛关注。我们在关注大数据为社会所带来积极影响的同时，也能看到数据的公开和共享所带来的所带来的一系列隐私问题。因此，我们需要从数据隐私问题出发，探究隐私问题的产生原因，并在情境理论的基础上分析判断实践行为的隐私策略与特定规范，寻求解决数据隐私问题的路径，摆脱大数据的技术化对我们日常生活造成的碎片化影响以及对隐私伦理的破坏。

Abstract: Big Data has not only rapidly promoted the development of industries such as digital economy and provided more convenience for our daily life, but also caused an all round shock to our existing value system, which has also attracted extensive attention from all walks of life. While paying attention to the positive impact of big data on society, we can also see a series of privacy problems caused by the disclosure and sharing of data. Therefore, we need to start from the problem of data privacy, explore the causes of privacy problems, analyze and judge the privacy strategies and specific norms of practical behavior on the basis of situational theory, seek the path to solve the problem of data privacy, and get rid of the fragmented impact of big data technology on our daily life and the destruction of privacy ethics.
