摘要: 针对设计专业学位研究生评价体系不完备的问题,本研究基于CIPP模型与“应用导向与学术探索并重”理念,构建了科学的培养质量评价体系。通过运用德尔菲法对20位专家开展两轮咨询,并经统计学检验(Kendall’s W = 0.402, P < 0.01)证实专家意见高度一致,最终确立了包含4个一级(培养过程、成果、环境、基础)、12个二级及40个三级指标的评价体系。该体系突出了“过程管理”与“产出导向”,契合设计学科特殊规律,并彰显了评价导向由校内考核向行业认可与社会效益转变的趋势。本研究为培养单位提供了量化诊断工具,有助于提升高层次应用型设计人才的培养质量。
Abstract: In response to the incomplete evaluation system for professional degree graduate students in design, this study constructs a scientific evaluation framework for cultivation quality based on the CIPP model and the educational philosophy of “emphasizing both application orientation and academic exploration”. Utilizing the Delphi method, two rounds of consultation were conducted with 20 experts. Statistical analysis (Kendall’s W = 0.402, P < 0.01) confirmed a high degree of consensus among the experts, ultimately establishing an evaluation framework comprising 4 primary indicators (cultivation process, outcomes, environment, and foundation), 12 secondary indicators, and 40 tertiary indicators. This system highlights “process management” and “outcomes orientation”, aligning with the specific characteristics of the design discipline. Furthermore, it reflects a paradigm shift in evaluation focus from internal institutional assessment toward industry recognition and social impact. This research provides educational institutions with a quantitative diagnostic tool, contributing to the enhancement of the cultivation quality for high-level, applied design talents.
