摘要: 目的：构建护理硕士专业学位研究生职业精神评价指标体系，为护理专硕人才培养与职业精神评价提供参考。方法：基于胜任力冰山模型，采用文献归纳、半结构化访谈及专家函询，构建护理硕士专业学位研究生职业精神评价指标体系，并确定指标权重。结果：本研究共开展两轮专家函询，第一轮专家积极系数为95.0%，第二轮为100%；两轮专家权威系数分别为0.880与0.905。第二轮函询结果显示，肯德尔协调系数分别为0.250、0.309、0.302 (均P < 0.001)，提示专家意见一致性良好。经两轮专家函询与指标筛选，最终构建出护理硕士专业学位研究生职业精神评价指标体系，包含4项一级指标、9项二级指标、47项三级指标。结论：本研究形成的护理硕士专业学位研究生职业精神评价指标体系内容完整、结构合理，具有较好的科学性、可靠性与实用性，可为相关评价提供参考依据。
Abstract: Objective: Establish an evaluation index system for professional ethics among Master of Nursing Degree Candidates, providing a reference for talent cultivation and professional ethics assessment in nursing education. Methods: Based on the Competency Iceberg Model, this study developed an evaluation index system for professional ethics among Master of Nursing degree candidates through literature review, semi-structured interviews, and expert consultations, while determining the weightings of each indicator. Results: This study conducted two rounds of expert consultations. The expert engagement rate was 95.0% in the first round and 100% in the second round, with authoritative coefficients of 0.880 and 0.905, respectively. The second-round consultation results yielded Kendall correlation coefficients of 0.250, 0.309, and 0.302 (all P < 0.001), indicating high consistency among expert opinions. Through these two rounds of expert consultations and indicator screening, a professional ethics evaluation framework for Master of Nursing degree candidates was ultimately established, comprising 4 primary indicators, 9 secondary indicators, and 47 tertiary indicators. Conclusions: The professional ethics evaluation index system developed in this study for Master of Nursing degree candidates is comprehensive in content and well-structured, demonstrating strong scientific validity, reliability, and practicality, making it a valuable reference for relevant evaluations.
