AI赋能粤西地区乡村教育高质量构想
Conception of High-Quality Development of Rural Education in Western Guangdong Empowered by AI
摘要: 针对粤西地区乡村教育受地理区位、经济基础等因素制约,面临师资短缺、资源不均衡、教学模式滞后等突出问题,而人工智能技术的快速发展为破解这些难题提供了全新路径。本文系统分析粤西地区乡村教育的基本现状与现存困境,结合广东省基础教育高质量发展相关政策导向,探索AI赋能粤西地区乡村教育高质量发展的可行模式,从师资提升、资源供给、教学优化三个维度构建赋能体系,提出针对性实施策略,旨在为推动粤西地区乡村教育数字化转型、实现教育优质均衡发展提供理论参考与实践借鉴,助力乡村教育振兴落地见效。
Abstract: Restricted by geographical location, economic foundation and other multiple factors, rural education in Western Guangdong generally faces prominent problems such as shortage of teachers, unbalanced allocation of educational resources and backward teaching modes. The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has opened up a new path to break through the development bottlenecks of rural education in Western Guangdong. This paper systematically sorts out the current situation and practical dilemmas of rural education in Western Guangdong. Based on the policy orientation of high-quality development of basic education in Guangdong Province, it explores the realization path and operation mode of artificial intelligence empowering the high-quality development of rural education in Western Guangdong. It constructs a comprehensive empowerment system from three dimensions: teacher team construction, high-quality resource supply, and classroom teaching optimization, and puts forward feasible and operable implementation countermeasures. The research aims to provide theoretical support and practical reference for promoting the digital transformation of rural education and balanced high-quality development of regional education in Western Guangdong, and help the rural education revitalization strategy take root and achieve practical results.
