Research on the Innovative Application of the “Futures + Insurance” Model in E-Commerce Supply Chain Risk Management

摘要: 电子商务面临的价格波动风险制约供应链稳定。本文探索将“期货 + 保险”模式创新应用于电商场景，通过电商平台整合资源，为供应商提供“保底价保险”防范跌价损失，为采购商设计“封顶价保险”对冲成本上涨。保险公司利用期货市场转移风险，电商平台发挥数据支撑与中枢协调功能，降低中小商户参与门槛。研究针对产品设计、基差风险等挑战，提出分层推广路径与科技赋能对策，为电商平台构建风险管理增值服务提供新方案。

Abstract: The risk of price fluctuations faced by e-commerce restricts the stability of the supply chain. This paper explores the innovative application of the “futures + insurance” model to e-commerce scenarios, integrating resources through e-commerce platforms to provide suppliers with “guaranteed price insurance” to prevent price losses, and designing “ceiling price insurance” for buyers to hedge against rising costs. Insurance companies use the futures market to transfer risks, and e-commerce platforms play the role of data support and central coordination to lower the threshold for small and medium-sized merchants to participate. In view of the challenges of product design and basis risk, this paper proposes hierarchical promotion paths and technological empowerment countermeasures, and provides new solutions for e-commerce platforms to build risk management value-added services.
