考虑数字素养的农业龙头企业主导下地标农产品质量安全管控研究
Research on Quality and Safety Control of Geographical Indication Agricultural Products Led by Leading Agricultural Enterprises Considering Digital Literacy
摘要: 农业新质生产力是提升农业主体数字素养的关键引擎,其核心在于以数字技术突破驱动农业生产要素创新配置。当前地标农产品面临质量安全管控不足、内生动力匮乏、物质支撑薄弱等困境,破解龙头企业数字能力短板与产业链协同低效的双重约束,是其高质量发展的迫切需求。本研究立足数字农业场景,构建“数字素养–新质生产力–农业现代化”理论框架,以农业龙头企业为研究主体,剖析其全产业链协同治理主导作用,探究数字素养对地标农产品质量安全管控的影响机制。研究发现,龙头企业依托数字化管控构建“生产–加工–流通”全流程追溯体系,可显著提升产品品质稳定性与品牌公信力;同时,通过合作社数字技术扩散带动农户数字素养提升,能够精准化种植,形成“数字技术赋能 + 全链质控”的协同治理模式。研究为数字经济时代农业新质生产力发展与地标农产品质量安全管控提供理论支撑与实践范式,助力农业现代化转型。
Abstract: The new quality productivity in agriculture is the key engine for enhancing the digital literacy of agricultural entities, with its core lying in the innovative allocation of agricultural production factors driven by digital technology breakthroughs. Currently, geographical indication agricultural products are confronted with challenges such as insufficient quality and safety control, lack of internal drive, and weak material support. Addressing the dual constraints of digital capability deficiencies in leading enterprises and low efficiency in industrial chain collaboration is an urgent need for their high-quality development. This study, based on the digital agriculture scenario, constructs a theoretical framework of “digital literacy - new quality productivity - agricultural modernization”, taking agricultural leading enterprises as the research subject, and analyzes their leading role in the collaborative governance of the entire industrial chain, exploring the influence mechanism of digital literacy on the quality and safety control of geographical indication agricultural products. The research finds that leading enterprises, relying on digital control, can build a full-process traceability system from “production-processing-circulation”, significantly enhancing product quality stability and brand credibility. Meanwhile, through the diffusion of digital technology in cooperatives, farmers’ digital literacy can be improved, enabling precise planting and forming a collaborative governance model of “digital technology empowerment + full-chain quality control”. The research provides theoretical support and practical paradigms for the development of new quality productivity in agriculture and the quality and safety control of geographical indication agricultural products in the digital economy era, facilitating the transformation of agricultural modernization.
