从一气周流理论与脑–肠轴的相关性探讨失眠的中医辨治

摘要: 失眠,中医谓之“不寐”,其核心病机为“阴阳失交”。本文旨在基于“一气周流”理论与现代医学“脑–肠轴”学说,深入探讨失眠的发病机制与治疗策略。本文通过系统剖析失眠的病理生理基础及其中医干预方案,从斡旋中焦、调畅气机、交通心肾等角度,详细阐述了失眠的辨治思路。此举旨在融合传统理论与现代科学视角的基础上,为失眠的临床治疗提供新的思路,以期优化疗效,从而能有效改善患者的睡眠质量。
Abstract: Insomnia, referred to as “un-sleep” in TCM, is characterized by an imbalance in the interaction between yin and yang. This article aims to explore the pathogenesis and treatment strategies for insomnia based on the theory of “the circulation of one qi” and the modern medical concept of the “brain-gut axis”. Through a systematic analysis of the pathophysiological basis of insomnia and TCM intervention strategies, this paper elaborates on the diagnostic and the rapeutic approach to insomnia from the perspectives of harmonizing the middle burner, regulating qi dynamics, and facilitating communication between the heart and kidneys. This effort seeks to integrate traditional theories with modern scientific perspectives to provide new insights for the clinical treatment of insomnia, with the goal of optimizing the rapeutic outcomes and effectively improving patients’ sleep quality.
