中医药治疗瘿病的研究进展

摘要: 历代医家对瘿病病因病机、辨证规律及治则方药有着系统而深刻的认识,现代中医理论在继承经典的基础上,进一步融合阴阳失衡、情志致病、痰瘀互结及气血失调等核心思想,构建了以“失衡致疾、郁痰瘀虚、分期调衡、标本兼治”为一体的辨证论治体系。本文结合古今文献,从理论溯源、病因病机、辨证分型、治则方药及特色治法等方面系统梳理中医药治疗瘿病的学术经验,为临床诊疗提供理论依据与实践参考。
Abstract: Successive generations of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) physicians have established systematic and in-depth understandings of the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation rules, therapeutic principles and prescriptions for goiter. On the basis of inheriting classical theories, modern TCM further integrates core viewpoints including yin-yang imbalance, disease induced by emotional disturbance, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, as well as disorder of qi and blood, thereby forming an integrated syndrome differentiation and treatment system centered on the theories of “disease arising from visceral imbalance, pathogenesis involving depression, phlegm, stasis and deficiency, staged regulation of visceral balance, and simultaneous treatment of root cause and accompanying symptoms”. By reviewing ancient and contemporary literature, this paper systematically sorts out academic experiences of TCM against goiter from the perspectives of theoretical origin, etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome typing, therapeutic principles and herbal prescriptions, alongside characteristic therapies, so as to provide theoretical evidence and practical references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
