人工智能视域下大学生就业创业课程改革研究

Artificial Intelligence
摘要: 人工智能技术的普及应用,持续推动各行业转型升级,重塑了职场岗位形态与企业人才招聘标准,也对大学生就业创业综合能力提出了新的挑战。现阶段,国内高校就业创业课程仍沿用传统知识讲授模式,在课程定位、内容设置、教学开展、师资储备及考核方式上均存在一定滞后性,无法适配智能化背景下的就业市场需求。结合人工智能带来的产业发展变革与人才能力转型规律,本文梳理当前高校就业创业课程建设的突出问题,从育人目标、课程内容、教学范式、师资培育、评价机制五个维度搭建一体化改革体系,探索适配智能时代的就业育人新模式,以期提升大学生职场适配与创新创业能力,助力毕业生实现更高质量的就业发展。
Abstract: The widespread application of artificial intelligence technology continues to drive transformation and upgrading across industries, reshaping job roles and corporate talent recruitment standards, while also posing new challenges to the comprehensive employment and entrepreneurial capabilities of college students. Currently, career and entrepreneurship courses in Chinese universities still rely on traditional lecture-based teaching models, exhibiting noticeable delays in course positioning, content design, instruction methods, faculty development, and assessment approaches—making them ill-suited to meet the evolving demands of the labor market under intelligent conditions. Drawing on the industrial changes brought by AI and the patterns of talent capability transformation, this paper identifies key issues in current university career and entrepreneurship education. It proposes an integrated reform framework across five dimensions—educational objectives, curriculum content, teaching paradigms, faculty development, and evaluation mechanisms—to explore a new model of career-oriented education for the intelligent era. The goal is to enhance college students’ workplace adaptability and innovation-entrepreneurship capabilities, thereby supporting graduates in achieving higher-quality career development.
