数字技术赋能高校思政教育高质量发展研究——以南宁师范大学为例
Research on the High-Quality Development of Ideological and Political Education in Universities Empowered by Digital Technology—A Case Study of Nanning Normal University
摘要: 数字技术赋能高校思想政治教育高质量发展,是教育数字化战略纵深推进的核心议题,但既有研究多停留于范式倡导或单维技术架构,缺乏整合性分析框架与可操作化标尺。本文构建“技术–价值–实践”三维嵌套框架,将高质量发展界定为育人效果深化、过程精准、要素协同与机制可持续的四维目标。以南宁师范大学为例,通过298份问卷与19人次访谈展开混合研究,发现赋能过程面临主体素养参差、数据孤岛与算法风险、伦理边界模糊、评价滞后等相互强化的结构性困境。据此提出四维协同路径:分层培训提升主体数字素养与伦理责任;依托“三三制”平台推动精准化内容供给;打破数据壁垒并建立算法审查机制;构建全过程动态评价与隐私保护机制。研究强调,技术赋能必须以育人为根本遵循,在尊重学生自主性与数据权利的前提下,推动思想政治教育从经验驱动向数据驱动转型。
Abstract: Digital technology empowers the high-quality development of ideological and political education in higher education institutions, a core issue in advancing the digitalization strategy in education. However, existing research mostly remains at the level of paradigm advocacy or single-dimensional technical frameworks, lacking an integrated analytical framework and operational metrics. This study constructs a three-dimensional nested framework—technology, values, and practice, and defines high-quality development as four dimensions: deepened educational outcomes, precise processes, coordinated elements, and sustainable mechanisms. Taking Nanning Normal University as a case, a mixed-methods study based on 298 questionnaires and 19 interviews reveals structural challenges that reinforce each other during the empowerment process, including uneven subject competencies, data silos and algorithmic risks, ambiguous ethical boundaries, and delayed evaluation. Based on these findings, the study proposes a four-dimensional collaborative pathway: tiered training to enhance digital literacy and ethical responsibility among stakeholders; leveraging a “three-three system” platform to enable precise content delivery; breaking down data barriers and establishing algorithm review mechanisms; and building dynamic, full-process evaluation systems alongside privacy protection mechanisms. The study emphasizes that technological empowerment must fundamentally adhere to educational goals, promoting the transformation of ideological and political education from experience-driven to data-driven practices while respecting students’ autonomy and data rights.
