家文化融入新时代高校学生社区建设的实践路径研究

Research on the Practical Path of Integrating Family Culture into the Construction of University Student Communities in the New Era

摘要: 一站式学生社区是新时代高校落实立德树人的重要场域。当前学生社区文化建设存在内容不足、场景单一、供需偏差、社区治理不足等现实问题。家文化蕴含家国同构、崇德向善等精神内核，与高校育人目标高度契合。本文以家文化为育人载体，阐述家文化融入社区建设的时代价值与内在逻辑，从内容体系、场景阵地、活动参与、情感赋能四个维度，探索家文化深度融入学生社区的育人路径。通过家文化内容体系统筹、沉浸式育人场景营造，体验式文化活动架构，协同治理机制构建，进一步拓宽社区育人模式，为新时代高校一站式学生社区高质量建设与文化育人创新提供实践参考。

Abstract: The one-stop student community serves as a crucial platform for universities to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in the new era. Currently, the cultural development of student communities faces practical challenges including inadequate cultural content, monotonous activity scenarios, mismatched supply and demand, and imperfect community governance. Rooted in the spiritual essence such as the integration of family and nation as well as the advocacy of virtue and goodness, family culture is highly consistent with the talent cultivation goals of universities. Taking family culture as an educational carrier, this paper elaborates on the contemporary value and internal logic of integrating family culture into community construction. It explores in-depth educational paths from four dimensions: content system, activity venues, student participation and emotional empowerment. By optimizing the content system of family culture, creating immersive educational scenarios, organizing experiential cultural activities and establishing a collaborative governance mechanism, this study further diversifies the community education model, and provides practical references for the high-quality development of one-stop student communities and the innovation of cultural education in universities of the new era.
