人工智能在电商仓储分拣物流中的应用研究
Research on the Application of Artificial Intelligence in E-Commerce Warehouse Sorting and Logistics
摘要: 在数字经济与电子商务持续扩张的背景下,仓储分拣已成为制约电商物流履约效率、服务质量与成本控制的核心枢纽环节。从管理工程视角来看,传统分拣模式高度依赖人工经验、固定输送线与静态分配规则,难以有效应对订单碎片化、需求波动剧烈及多品类混流的现实挑战。人工智能技术凭借其强大的多模态数据感知、智能决策优化与柔性协同执行能力,正推动电商仓储分拣从“机械自动化”向“认知智能化”演进。结合行业实践与现有文献,本文深入识别了当前技术落地过程中面临的数据孤岛制约、初期投入成本高、标准化体系缺失、区域适配性差异及复合型人才断层等现实瓶颈。在此基础上,提出云边协同轻量化部署、RaaS商业模式创新、数据治理与行业标准共建、产教融合及跨区域协同网络构建等系统性优化路径。研究表明,AI技术不仅显著提升分拣吞吐量与准确率,更通过全链条数据贯通推动电商物流降本增效与绩效评价范式转型。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the continuous expansion of digital economy and e-commerce, warehouse sorting has become a core hub restricting the order fulfillment efficiency, service quality and cost control of e-commerce logistics. From the perspective of management engineering, traditional sorting modes rely heavily on manual experience, fixed conveyor lines and static allocation rules, which can hardly cope with practical challenges including fragmented orders, drastic demand fluctuations and mixed circulation of multi-category goods. With powerful capabilities of multi-modal data perception, intelligent decision optimization and flexible collaborative execution, artificial intelligence (AI) is driving the evolution of e-commerce warehouse sorting from “mechanical automation” to “cognitive intelligence”. Combined with industrial practices and existing literature, this paper thoroughly identifies practical bottlenecks in the process of technology implementation, such as data silos, high initial investment costs, the lack of unified standard systems, regional adaptation differences and the shortage of interdisciplinary talents. On this basis, it proposes systematic optimization paths including lightweight deployment based on cloud-edge collaboration, innovation of Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) business model, joint construction of data governance and industrial standards, integration of industry and education, as well as the establishment of cross-regional collaborative networks. The research results reveal that AI technology can not only greatly improve sorting throughput and accuracy, but also promote cost reduction, efficiency improvement and the transformation of performance evaluation paradigm for e-commerce logistics through full-chain data connectivity.
