地方高校教师教学评价指标体系的构建与测算方法

Construction and Calculation of Teachers’ Teaching Evaluation Indicator System for Local Universities

摘要: 教师教学评价是教学活动中的关键环节，具有规范和引领教师教学行为的职能，是提升教学效能、稳固教学质量、推进教学改革与促进教师专业发展的重要手段。地方高校结合自身定位、人才培养目标和社会需求，探索科学合理的教师教学评价体系具有重要的现实意义。当前教师教学评价存在导向性不强、指标体系不合理、评价结果反馈与应用薄弱的问题，本文立足于江汉大学办学实际，对教师教学评价指标体系与测算方法进行了有益的尝试与探索。

Abstract: As a core component of teaching management, teachers’ teaching evaluation standardizes and guides instructors’ instructional practices. It serves as a vital instrument to improve teaching efficiency, sustain teaching quality, facilitate teaching reform and advance teachers’ professional development. Against their institutional positioning, talent cultivation objectives and social demands, local universities are practically motivated to develop a scientifically sound teaching evaluation system. Existing evaluation practices are plagued by insufficient guiding effects, flawed indicator frameworks and inadequate feedback and application of evaluation outcomes. Based on the operational realities of Jianghan University, this paper explores the construction and computational approaches of a targeted teachers’ teaching evaluation indicator system.
