摘要: 健康中国战略与新医科建设要求医学教育应始终坚持立德树人的根本要求,推动专业知识教学与价值引领的深度融合。但是人体寄生虫学课程思政的建设仍存在融入方式生硬、教学目的性不强等实际问题。本研究以血吸虫相关章节为例,明确课程思政融入的必要性,提炼课程中蕴含的家国情怀教育、科学精神与职业素养等核心要素,并明确具体的融入路径。本研究基于有意义学习理论,构建了“AI赋能、内容整合、方法创新、评价优化”的改革思路,加上多维度教学效果评价体系,并开展了实验组与对照组的对比研究(本校2023级临床医学专业2个班,每班44人),初步结果显示该模式可有效提升知识掌握与思政素养,为课程思政的实施提供可操作的方案。
Abstract: Under the requirements of the Healthy China initiative and the development of new medical disciplines, medical education must adhere to the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, and promote the in-depth integration of professional knowledge teaching and value guidance. However, the construction of ideological and political education in the course of Human Parasitology still faces practical challenges, such as rigid integration methods and unclear teaching objectives. Taking the chapter related to schistosomiasis as an example, this study clarifies the necessity of integrating ideological and political elements into the course. This study extracts core elements such as family-nation sentiment education, scientific spirit, and professional literacy embedded in the course, and clarifies specific integration pathways. Based on the theory of meaningful learning, this study constructs a reform framework characterized by “AI empowerment, content integration, methodological innovation, and evaluation optimization”, supplemented by a multi-dimensional teaching effectiveness evaluation system. A comparative study between experimental and control groups (2 classes of 44 students each in the 2023 cohort of Clinical Medicine) was conducted, and preliminary results indicate that this model effectively enhances knowledge mastery and ideological literacy, thus providing an operable scheme for the implementation of ideological and political education in the course.
