数字时代居家养护中适老化技术的实践困境及提升路径研究

摘要: 在数字技术与养老服务深度融合的背景下,适老化技术成为破解居家养老照护难题、应对人口老龄化的重要支撑。本文立足新传视角与老年学实践,运用跨学科研究法,立足新传与老年学交叉视角,系统梳理居家养老适老化技术的应用现状,从技术设计、用户适配、服务供给、产业生态四大维度,深入剖析当前适老化技术存在的供需错位、数字鸿沟、服务割裂、成本失衡等实践困境。结合福利多元主义理论,提出强化需求导向设计、弥合老年数字鸿沟、构建安全可信体系、推进多元协同服务的提升路径,为推动适老化技术高质量赋能居家养老照护、构建有温度的数字养老生态提供理论参考与实践指引。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the deep integration of digital technology and elderly care services, age-friendly technology has emerged as a crucial pillar to address the challenges of home-based elder care and cope with population aging. Grounded in the interdisciplinary perspective of communication studies and gerontology, this paper systematically sorts out the current application status of age-friendly technology in home-based elder care. It employs interdisciplinary research methods to conduct an in-depth analysis of the practical predicaments existing in age-friendly technology, such as the mismatch between supply and demand, the digital divide, fragmented services, and imbalanced costs, across four dimensions: technological design, user adaptation, service supply, and industrial ecology. Drawing on the theory of welfare pluralism, the study proposes improvement paths including strengthening demand-oriented design, bridging the digital divide for the elderly, constructing a safe and credible system, and promoting multi-dimensional collaborative services. These findings aim to provide a theoretical foundation and practical guidelines for promoting the high-quality empowerment of home-based elder care through age-friendly technology and building a warm digital elderly care ecosystem.
