绿色农业背景下邢台市农机装备升级路径研究
Research on the Upgrading Path of Agricultural Machinery Equipment in Xingtai City under the Background of Green Agriculture
摘要: 农业绿色高质量发展是新时代农业现代化建设的核心方向,农机装备绿色化、智能化升级是推动农业节本增效、生态减排、资源集约利用的关键支撑。作为冀中南重要农业主产区,邢台市主要农作物耕种收综合机械化率已突破92%,农业机械化基础雄厚,但农机装备体系仍存在结构失衡、绿色智能装备占比低、核心技术薄弱、农机农艺融合不足、服务与政策体系不完善等问题,难以适配绿色农业发展要求。本文以邢台市农机装备发展现状为切入点,系统分析当前装备升级存在的问题及成因,结合区域农业禀赋与产业优势,从装备结构优化、技术创新赋能、作业标准建设、服务体系提质、政策保障强化五个维度构建适配邢台实际的农机绿色升级路径,同时融入新能源农机、数字孪生、无人作业等前沿技术应用方向,为地级市农机绿色转型与农业高质量发展提供实践参考。
Abstract: Green and high-quality agricultural development stands as the core orientation of agricultural modernization in the new era, while the green and intelligent upgrading of agricultural machinery and equipment serves as a crucial underpinning for cutting agricultural production costs, boosting efficiency, reducing ecological emissions and realizing the intensive utilization of resources. As a major agricultural production base in south-central Hebei Province, Xingtai City has achieved an integrated mechanization rate exceeding 92% in ploughing, sowing and harvesting of major crops, laying a solid foundation for agricultural mechanization. Nevertheless, its agricultural machinery system is still plagued by structural imbalance, a low proportion of green and intelligent equipment, weak core technologies, insufficient integration of agricultural machinery with agronomy, and imperfect service and policy systems, which fail to meet the requirements of green agricultural development. Taking the current development status of agricultural machinery and equipment in Xingtai City as the entry point, this paper systematically analyzes the existing problems and root causes restricting equipment upgrading. Combined with the regional agricultural endowments and industrial advantages, it constructs a green upgrading path for agricultural machinery tailored to Xingtai’s realities from five dimensions: optimizing equipment structure, empowering development through technological innovation, establishing operational standards, upgrading service systems and strengthening policy support. Meanwhile, it incorporates cutting-edge technological applications including new energy agricultural machinery, digital twins and unmanned operations, so as to provide practical references for the green transformation of agricultural machinery and high-quality agricultural development at the prefecture-level city level.
