摘要: 作为分析马克思主义的创始人之一，G.A.科恩的核心贡献在于将分析哲学中的概念澄清、逻辑分析和语义分析方法引入马克思主义研究。科恩将分析方法与历史唯物主义相结合并非偶然：二十世纪社会主义与马克思主义面临挑战，他摒弃了传统研究中固有的方法论主张，同时回应了学界对历史唯物主义理论模糊性的批评，由此探索出一条分析马克思主义的道路。尽管科恩的研究思路具有借鉴意义，但其理论仍存在局限性，需以批判性视角审视。

Abstract: As one of the founders of analytical Marxism, G.A. Cohen’s core contribution lies in introducing the methods of conceptual clarification, logical analysis, and semantic analysis from analytical philosophy into the study of Marxism. Cohen’s integration of analytical methods with historical materialism was no accident: facing the challenges to socialism and Marxism in the 20th century, he abandoned the inherent methodological claims in traditional research and responded to the academic criticism of the ambiguity of historical materialism, thus exploring a path of analytical Marxism. Although Cohen’s research approach is of reference significance, his theory still has limitations, which need to be examined from a critical perspective.
