数字化视域下儒家文化融入医学类高校思政教育的路径探析

Exploration of the Path for Integrating Confucian Culture into Ideological and Political Education in Medical Universities from the Perspective of Digitalization

摘要: 教育数字化转型正在改变高校思想政治教育的资源组织方式，也为中华优秀传统文化融入高校育人体系提供了新的条件。儒家文化倡导仁爱、修身与责任精神，这与医学人才培养中医德教育和医学人文教育的目标具有较强契合性。本文采用文献分析与规范分析方法，基于国家政策文件、近年相关研究和医学类高校常见育人场景，分析儒家文化融入医学类高校思想政治教育的价值基础与实践路径。在论证过程中，文章引入案例化场景分析，围绕医学伦理学课堂、网络传播栏目和社区健康服务等典型环节展开说明，以增强路径设计的实践针对性。研究认为，数字化视域下推进相关工作，应围绕医学生培养目标完成文化资源转化，在课堂教学中强化专业关联，在网络空间中提高传播效果，并通过实践育人推动价值认同向行为规范转化。研究表明，儒家文化融入医学类高校思政教育，关键不在于单纯增加传统文化知识内容，而在于使其成为医学生理解职业伦理、涵养人文精神和强化社会责任的教育资源。该路径可为医学类高校推进文化育人和医学人文教育提供参考。

Abstract: The digital transformation of education is changing the way ideological and political education resources are organized in colleges and universities, and it also provides new conditions for integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into the education system of higher education institutions. Confucian culture advocates benevolence, self-cultivation, and a sense of responsibility, which aligns closely with the goals of moral education and medical humanities education in medical talent training. This paper adopts literature analysis and normative analysis methods, based on national policy documents, recent related research, and common educational scenarios in medical colleges, to analyze the value foundation and practical pathways for integrating Confucian culture into ideological and political education in medical universities. To enhance the practical relevance of the proposed pathways, this paper also introduces scenario-based case analysis involving medical ethics teaching, online communication columns, and community health services. The research suggests that in the digital context, related work should focus on transforming cultural resources according to the training objectives of medical students, strengthening professional relevance in classroom teaching, enhancing communication effects in cyberspace, and promoting the transformation of value recognition into behavioral norms through practical education. The study shows that the key to integrating Confucian culture into ideological and political education in medical universities does not lie in merely increasing traditional cultural content, but in making it an educational resource that helps medical students understand professional ethics, cultivate humanistic spirit, and strengthen social responsibility. This pathway can provide a reference for medical universities in promoting cultural education and medical humanities education.
