隔药饼灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征的研究进展

摘要: 慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)是一种以持续性、无法通过休息缓解的严重疲劳为核心特征的复杂疾病,现代医学尚缺乏特效疗法。隔药饼灸作为艾灸与中药外治相结合的中医特色疗法,在CFS的治疗中展现出独特优势。本文系统梳理了隔药饼灸治疗CFS的临床应用现状,总结了穴位选择规律与药饼配方特点,并从免疫调节、能量代谢等角度探讨其作用机制。研究发现,隔药饼灸可能通过提高免疫球蛋白水平、调节T细胞负调节因子、改善能量代谢等多靶点途径发挥治疗作用。针对现有研究存在的问题,提出未来应加强药饼配方规范化、开展证型特异性研究等方向,以期为CFS的临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract: Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a complex disorder characterized by persistent, severe fatigue that is not relieved by rest, and modern medicine currently lacks specific effective therapies. Medicinal cake-separated moxibustion, a distinctive Chinese medicine therapy that combines moxibustion with topical herbal application, has demonstrated unique advantages in the treatment of CFS. This paper systematically reviews the current clinical application status of medicinal cake-separated moxibustion for CFS, summarizes the patterns of acupoint selection and the characteristics of herbal cake formulations, and explores its mechanisms of action from perspectives such as immune regulation and energy metabolism. The findings suggest that medicinal cake-separated moxibustion may exert therapeutic effects through multi-target pathways, including increasing immunoglobulin levels, regulating T-cell negative regulatory factors, and improving energy metabolism. In view of the limitations in existing studies, it is proposed that future efforts should focus on standardizing herbal cake formulations and conducting syndrome-specific research, with the aim of providing a reference for the clinical management of CFS.
