非遗活化视角下保定西大街人文旅游环境的营造与优化

Creating and Optimizing the Cultural Tourism Environment of West Street in Baoding from the Perspective of Revitalizing Intangible Cultural Heritage

摘要: 随着文化与旅游融合发展的持续推进，历史文化街区的保护与活化成为城市更新与旅游发展的重要议题。本文以保定西大街历史文化街区为研究对象，从非遗活化的视角探讨其人文旅游环境的营造与优化路径。通过梳理西大街现存的非遗资源与人文旅游环境现状，并且与成都宽窄巷子、苏州平江路、北京前门大栅栏三个具有代表性的历史文化街区比较，提出针对非遗活化视角下保定西大街人文旅游环境的优化策略。研究表明，非遗活化不仅能有效保护西大街的文化根脉，更能为其注入可持续发展的活力，为国内同类历史文化街区在非遗视角下人文旅游环境的优化提供参考借鉴。

Abstract: With the continuous promotion of the integration of culture and tourism, the protection and revitalization of historical and cultural districts have become important issues for urban renewal and tourism development. This article takes the historical and cultural block of Baoding West Street as the research object, and explores the creation and optimization path of its humanistic tourism environment from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage revitalization. By sorting out the existing intangible cultural heritage resources and cultural tourism environment of West Street, and comparing it with three representative historical and cultural blocks in Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley, Suzhou Pingjiang Road, and Beijing Qianmen Dashilan, this paper proposes optimization strategies for the cultural tourism environment of Baoding West Street from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage revitalization. Research has shown that the revitalization of intangible cultural heritage can not only effectively protect the cultural roots of West Street, but also inject sustainable development vitality into it, providing reference and inspiration for the optimization of cultural tourism environment in similar historical and cultural blocks in China from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage.
