新时代大学生责任意识培育的教育原则与实践路径

Educational Principles and Practical Pathways for Cultivating Responsibility Awareness among University Students in the New Era

摘要: 青年责任意识的培育是新时代中国特色社会主义人才培养的迫切要求，大学生作为青年群体的骨干力量，其责任意识直接关系到时代新人的培养质量与国家长远的发展潜力。立足新时代立德树人的根本任务，本文从价值逻辑、教育原则、现状与影响因素分析、实践路径四个维度展开研究，阐释大学生责任意识培育的时代价值、育人价值与个体价值，确立方向引领、主体尊重、知行统一、协同共育四大教育原则，结合实证调研数据梳理当前大学生责任意识的现状，指出存在的问题，并且从课堂教学、校园场域、协同体系三个层面提出实践策略，旨在破解高校责任教育形式化、碎片化、知行脱节等问题，构建契合新时代青年成长规律的责任意识培育体系，引导大学生把个人理想融入时代发展，自觉肩负新时代青年使命。

Abstract: Cultivating a sense of responsibility among the youth is an urgent requirement for nurturing talents in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As the backbone of the youth group, college students’ sense of responsibility directly impacts the quality of cultivating new-era individuals and the long-term development potential of the nation. Based on the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in the new era, this study explores four dimensions: value logic, educational principles, analysis of current status and influencing factors, and practical pathways. It elucidates the contemporary value, educational value, and individual value of cultivating college students’ sense of responsibility, establishes four major educational principles—directional guidance, respect for the subject, unity of knowledge and action, and collaborative nurturing, analyzes the current state of college students’ sense of responsibility with empirical research data, identifies existing issues, and proposes practical strategies from three levels: classroom teaching, campus environment, and collaborative systems. The aim is to address problems such as formalization, fragmentation, and the disconnection between knowledge and action in university responsibility education, construct a responsibility awareness cultivation system that aligns with the growth patterns of new-era youth, and guide college students to integrate their personal ideals with the development of the times while consciously shouldering the mission of new-era youth.
