网络语言失范现象及治理对策

Network Language Anomie Phenomenon and Countermeasures

摘要: 网络空间中的语言失范现象不仅污染了语言环境，也制约着育人生态的良性发展。以2018至2024年间的网络热词和流行语为主要语料，考察网络语言失范的典型表征及治理对策。研究发现，网络语言失范主要表现为语音失范、词汇失范、语法失范和语用失范。应基于政府、社会组织和个人三个层面，在遵循语言发展规律的基础上建立以政府为主导的多主体治理体系，以规范网络语言使用。

Abstract: The phenomenon of language anomie in cyberspace not only pollutes the language environment, but also restricts the healthy development of human education ecology. Using Internet hot words and buzzwords from 2018 to 2024 as the main corpus, this paper examines the typical representations of Internet language anomie and its management countermeasures. It is found that network language anomie is mainly manifested as phonetic anomie, lexical anomie, grammatical anomie and pragmatic anomie. Based on the three levels of government, social organizations and individuals, a government-led multi-agent governance system should be established on the basis of following the law of language development, so as to standardize the use of Internet language and deepen the clean cyberspace.
